To request retaining ring samples (5" in diameter and below only), simply fill out the form below. Once we have received your request via the web, we will ship WITHIN 24 HOURS, versus 1-2 weeks if you phone in your sample order. All samples are shipped first class mail unless you specify anything else, which will then be shipped at your expense. (Note: For carbon steel parts only. For stainless steel or beryllium copper samples contact customer service by phone at 1-800-557-6867 or e-mail). Specific sample requirements:

• Rings under 2" (50.8 mm) have a six piece limit.
• Rings 2"-5" (50.8 mm - 127 mm) have a 2 piece limit.
• Rings over 5" (127 mm) have a lot charge. Contact customer service by phone or e-mail.
• Prototype / lot charge samples require a PO. (call or e-mail customer service)
